The Foundation’s assets are administered by its supreme body, the three-member Board of Trustees. In this capacity, it

• makes strategic decisions;
• sets out the tasks concerning the renewal, maintenance and servicing of the assets;
• in the execution of such tasks, the Board of Trustees entrusts its member Dr Edit Rõder to act in legal matters, and Mrs István Visoczki, acting business executive and chartered accountant, in financial and accounting matters.
